CoaST has been working with a  small but dedicated team of people from both the private, public and voluntary sector, to explore how the businesses in Newquay  could use their collective clout to encourage visitors to Newquay town without the ‘car’ . . . Lead by CoaST Ambassador Ruth Grant, Newquay Zoo's environmental officer the result is the fantastic Newquay Discovery Map, website and forum!

The Newquay Green Discovery Map and its sister fun and interactive website  help you explore Newquay's hidden secrets, unravel the mysteries of the Discovery Trail, it highlights Newquay's stunning beaches, beauty spots and wildlife while at the same time teaching you all about the environment and how to help protect it. You can even have your say on the forum!

The Newquay Geen Discovery Map has been such a success that St. Austell have just launched a St Austell Green Discovery Map ... we were there to celebrate the launch in St Austell town centre in December:
