Without Jacqui and CoaST’s advice and assistance, we would have been much more in the dark with regards to our grading.

The target now is for Gold when we are re-audited in 2010.

On gaining their Gold award…

... I’m still a bit shell shocked to be honest – in a very, very happy kind of way.  You were invaluable, I’d been looking at the form and putting it away again for two years but your visit was so reassuring, not to mention good fun, it gave me the boost I needed to crack on.  And what a result a huge thank you to CoaST for your help and support.

Chris Jones – Woodland Valley Farm

“We have been awarded our GTBS Gold, which gives us great satisfaction for the recognition given the amount of work that we have done here. Clearly we have a great deal more work to do, and indeed our standard response to the question ‘When will you finish your project?’ is ‘Never: we expect it to be case of continuous evolution, change and growth.’  The bottom line though is that without Coast we would never have done the BTEC in sustainable tourism.  Without Coast we would never have done joined the GTBS scheme, or completed the process successfully.
