I am thrilled to be working in the background to support CoaST, having known Manda almost from when the company started up. Years ago, I started to do sustainable things in my business – long before I had even heard the term “Sustainable Tourism”, and it is fantastic the way that the whole movement has got going and how businesses are taking sustainability to ever greater levels, far beyond what I was doing. I am very proud to have been awarded the BTEC Level 3 in Sustainable Tourism recently, and I hope to put the knowledge to good use. As you can see from the picture, I am very concerned about handing over the planet in good working order to my grandchild and his generation – they are the people who will have to live with the mess we have created.
