Cyprus Tourism and Waste Management
In spring 09 we were invited to Cyprus to talk to local groups and businesses about tourism waste and the "Cornwall experience". Organised by the Cyprus Sustainable Tourism Initiative, (CSTI) the Travel Foundation, and the University of Nicosia, the conference was a fantastic experience for all with a great deal of expertise being swapped and enthusiasm ramped up.... and we now have several new members from Cyprus - from the University, the CSTI, and the Cyprus Comissioner for the Environment..welcome to all!
